Rugged Earth guarantees all its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase (subject to normal wear and tear).

What are the minimum quantities I can order for a 'custom designed' garment?

Please feel free to contact Rugged Earth to be quoted on the manufacture of a custom designed garment no minimum quantities per size.

All orders are despatched within four (4) weeks from date of order. Compare this with your current supplier's offerings.

How long does my order take to process?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and finished goods will be despatched within four (4) weeks maximum. Stock held on our shelves is usually despatched within 48 hours from order receipt.

Are Rugged Earth products quality assured?

Rugged Earth is ISO 9001 accredited which covers design and manufacture. On completion of each garment a thorough quality inspection is undertaken prior to despatch. No garment will leave our premises without this complete quality inspection.
